Quorum: 4% of vlCXD / 50% of voting vlCXD must be in favor of the proposal
–Simple Summary–
Allow for the early redemption of vlCXD.
–Abstract–
Allow for the early, no-penalty redemption of the underlying CXD.
–Motivation–
Contingent on the passing of making CXD the CortexDAO governance token and boosting CXD via buybacks, there is no longer any utility with the vlCXD token. vlCXD holders are early supporters of the CortexDAO, and should not be penalized for their support.
